Here they keep dropping me back into the phone jail wait que when I call to complain. An AT&T agent calls to "fix" it yet again to get a rate of $14.95/month. By this time, I'm thoroughly fed up with special deals and ask to be put onto basic DSL service so I don't have to deal with this crap nearly every damn month.
