These images are experimental variations using tonal gradient maps in PhotoShop. The original image is of an old wringer from a clothes washer, just laying out on the ground near Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, taking on 35mm negative film, and scanned on a flatbed scanner. The gradient map replaces gray tones from black to white with either more B&W and/or colors. If one has the right kind of image, it has enough control to put particular colors in particular places, and even to make sharp edges of color. In this set, see if you can find the "burning in hell" color set, followed by the "hell frozen over" color set.
