Notice that text placed directly on
the page background would tend to disappear in confusion, especially
if it is the same color or luminosity as part of the background.
Some web pages make that mistake. Notice that when very light
text is printed from a web page, it also disappears on white
paper, especially white text on a dark background. If you wish
your text to be both readable and printable with current technologies,
accept these limitations.
