Lati, from Western and Central Africa, is visually similar to Marblewood on the face grain, with finer caramel and cream grain, but without the dark chocolate streaks. Like Marblewood, it has little or no iridescence. The caramel grain appears slightly translucent. Face grain can sometimes have a flame-like appearance.
